Well. Never mind tobacco, alcohol, and so on. The real killer is salt, at 150,000 American deaths annually, according to the CSPI. Does anyone know what happened/is happening to the CSPI’s lawsuit?

    It was dimissed for lack of jurisdiction.

    The disposition was not published. For those with Lexis access, the citation is: 2005 U.S. App. LEXIS 14463.

    I thought about trying to post some short explanation as to why the Court lacked jurisdiction. Then I realized: not only is it irrelevant, there is no short explanation either.
